Western Theme Open House

Saddle up, partners, because this year’s theme is a rip-roaring Western Rodeo! Dust off your fanciest Wild West attire and sprinkle some cowboy magic on your booth. The crew with the snazziest outfits and the best decorated booth will ride away with a prize! There are two ways to win:

Book a Room

Book your discounted room at the Disneyland Hotel now with the link below. Rooms are limited at this rate and will run out. 


You can check in anytime to the Disneyland Hotel, but rooms are available after 3:00pm. Check-out time is before 11:00am. 


If you arrive early at the Disneyland hotel, you can check in and store your luggage at the Bell Desk. If you would like to spend a day at the Disneyland Resort after you check out, you are welcome to store your bags at the Bell Desk until you are ready to
depart.

Shipping

If you are sending product and booth product to Disney, shipments should be sent to arrive no more than 3 days prior to setup date. At the end of the conference, arrangements should be made with the bell desk to ship items immediately following teardown. Storage charges will be applied to
shipments held more than 3 days.

 

Handling of incoming items includes: Receiving item from carrier, up to 3 days of storage, delivery to the proper location inside the resort, pick up of packed items after the event, up to 3 days storage and placing items with carrier for shipment.

 

HANDLING FEES: $50.00 per hundred weight ($11.00 minimum per item) for items not to exceed 60 lbs. or 130 inches total dimensions (girth & height). Items requiring special handling will be charged accordingly.

Promos & Deals

Please send all promotions to marketing@newcopet.com before December 12, 2025.

 

All Promotions submissions should include the following:

  • Minimum buy (either dollar amount or minimum units)

  • Items numbers

  • Discounts and requested contribution

    • Newco contributes up to 10% on promotions.

 

150 black and white copies of each promotion will be printed for your booth, so please ensure to print additional copies as needed. Only Newco forms with Newco item numbers will be accepted at the show.

 

Ensure that all promotions meet the promotional guidelines and are submitted to the Newco Booth by 3:30 PM. Any
submissions received after this time will not be accepted.

 

Any ISO’s submitted at the show will not be checked for sales history. Due to this, all submitted ISOs are at the vendor’s discretion.

 

Due to the limited number of promotions available, kindly share them with customers who show interest.

Exhibitor Product Ordering & Returns Process

To place an order for products from the Newco Warehouse, please download the order form below, complete it, and send it to vendors@newcopet.com by December 12, 2025.

At the end of the show, place all the products that will be returned to Newco in front of your booth. Products that are sold by the case cannot be returned if the packaging has been altered in any way.

 

For product being donated to be used as Sales rep samples, mark it on the invoice paperwork and advise a Newco rep or our staff.

 

After the show there will be Bell Desk Member assisting with products & booths that need to be shipped back. All outgoing group packages should be consolidated into as few of boxes as possible. Attach the shipping label to the shipment. Parcel handling fees of are $10.00 per box

Disneyland Tickets

There are two ways for retailers to win a pair of Disneyland Park tickets. All reservations are for Saturday February 28, you may reschedule for a later date.

 

  • The first 100 retailers to arrive and register at the show will be eligible. The show opens at 9 AM. These retailers will receive a numbered map and must visit every vendor to collect a sticker at each booth. By 2 PM, they must bring their completed map to the Step and Repeat Booth, where Lisa will exchange the finished, numbered maps for tickets for the first 100 customers.

 

  • At 2:30 PM, we will hold a raffle for 20 additional sets of Disneyland tickets. To qualify, customers must have a complete exhibitor map, which entails speaking to every vendor and collecting a sticker from each booth. Please note, the first 100 customers are not eligible for the raffle. Maps must be submitted to the Newco booth before 2 PM to qualify. Winners will be announced via microphone at the Newco booth, so be sure to collect your tickets then.

Pet Policy

Only trained service animals are permitted. Emotional support animals, comfort animals and pets are not allowed inside Disneyland Resort. Click the link below for dog relief areas.
